Wednesday morning – 9.45am

The House of Lords will give judgment in Knowsley v White; Islington v Honeygan-Green and Porter v Shepherds Bush HA (the tolerated trespasser trilogy) at 9.45am on Wednesday (links to a .pdf).

J is a barrister. He considers housing law to be the single greatest kind of law known to humankind and finds it very odd that so few people share this view.

That being the day of the HLPA conference. At which some people, including I believe James Stark of GCN, are speaking on TTs. That really doesn’t seem fair ;-)

Ha – I’d forgotten that it was the HLPA conference. Oops! Most of the people involved in the TT Trilogy are speaking at the conference actually.
