Mary Ward Legal Centre is recruiting! We’ve extended the deadline to apply for our housing solicitor roles until Monday 30 October 2023 at 10 a.m.

We have just opened a brand new office in Stratford, East London and are expanding our team. We are looking to recruit two full-time Housing solicitors to undertake a wide range of casework including defending possession proceedings, counterclaims, homelessness appeals.

You will be a qualified solicitor and have a minimum of two years’ experience of casework and representation in housing law. You will have experience of working under a Legal Aid Contract. You must have an ability to manage your caseload and achieve billing targets.

We offer excellent terms and conditions, flexible working and 35 days annual leave. Applicants who want to work part-time would be considered.

Salary: £31,000 up to £37,920 (depending on number of years PQE)
