Junior Housing Solicitor
Location: London – Office Based/Some Hybrid
Working Hours: Full-Time
Type: Fixed term – 12 months with possibility of extension or permanent contract at end of fixed term

We are pleased to announce a vacancy for a Junior Solicitor in our Housing Team initially on a 12-month fixed term contract. There is the possibility of a further extension, or a permanent contract being offered at the end of the 12 month period. The successful candidate should be 0 – 5 years PQE.
We are looking for a junior solicitor with the ability to manage a varied caseload including possession, disrepair, and homelessness and with experience in Court of Protection and MCA, and Community Care and the overlap between these, for example an ability to identify and pursue judicial review in order to gain services. Experience of legal aid and private funding an advantage, representing individuals and organisations, including the Official Solicitor.

Paralegal

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and capable paralegal to work with the team. The role will consist of assisting with case preparation, legal research, document management, processing evidence, initial enquiries, completing funding forms, client and witness contact, attending court and conferences, financial and billing assistance, as well as general administration.
