The shape of things to come – a video look forward.

31/12/2021

I decided to ignore 2021 altogether this new year. Instead, here is a look forward (if not entirely an enthusiastic one) to potential policy and legislative changes in 2022, for England, at least. (If Wales finally brings in the Renting Homes (Wales) Act in 2022, everything will be different there for tenancies.)

The video inevitably comes from my sofa, given that is currently (and for some time) likely to be the centre of my existence again.

Happy new year to you all, and here’s to hopes of at least some joy in 2022.
