Youth Legal  – Community Care Solicitor with housing experience

A position has opened for a Community Care Consultant Solicitor with housing experience to enhance and expand the community care and housing work presently undertaken.  This is a unique opportunity for someone wishing to work independently in a self-employed position with your own client base and/or wishing to build your own client base.  At the same time you will support the work of a growing and progressive nfp organisation pushing the boundaries of the law in support of young people. A PAYE position will also become available with regard to supervising either the Community Care or Housing Legal Aid contract in July 2018.

Location: Wandsworth/London

Salary: Consultancy basis 70% of profit costs

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Solicitor to join our team specialising in housing and public law.  Our expertise in this field has been recognised by professional directories including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.

Experience and knowledge of housing and public law is essential. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with County Court litigation, High Court Judicial Review, emergency Injunctions.  We also are looking for someone who has experience working with Legal Aid cases.
