We’re on a break

29/08/2017

You may have noticed a lack of posts, despite cases awaiting writing up like the relief of Ealing, or the 18 month rule in s.20B also applying to ‘on account’ service charge demands, or legal costs on relief from forfeiture.

But reports are going to have to wait for a while, due to a) all of the busy, b) all of the tired and c) other stuff. Rather than have the backlog hang over me/us like a dark cloud of late summer guilt, I’ll confess that it isn’t going to be done yet, and put NL on hold for a while.

Temporary, certainly, but necessary. We will be back soon.
