“Charles Henry & Co” & “Legal Action”

15/01/2014

[Update 24 August 2014. For an intriguing update on Charles Henry and Legal Action, see here.]

Anyone who encounters ‘Charles Henry & Co’ or ‘Legal Action’ (Not to be confused with Legal Action Group!) in the course of litigation, or has an offer to act for them in court proceedings from either of these organisations, may wish to read the following links carefully. They have engaged in housing matters. Indeed any members of the Judiciary with cases in which Charles Henry & Co or Legal Action are on the record as acting may also find these links of interest.

Each is a link to a public document of record: court judgments, tribunal judgments, Law Society entries, Charity Commission records and filed accounts. Apart from one link and it should be obvious which that one is.

I have been sent copies of letterhead and footers being used in the last 2 or 3 months by Charles Henry. And they make interesting reading.
