The Job Ad

30/06/2008

Or strictly speaking the ad for me.

I’m due to qualify at the end of September and so I’m hunting for a newly qualified post. Anyone interested in employing an experienced, enthusiastic, dedicated and, casting false modesty to the winds, frankly damn good housing/landlord and tenant solicitor is very welcome to email me at the contact (at) nearlylegal.co.uk address.

Giles Peaker is a solicitor and partner in the Housing and Public Law team at Anthony Gold Solicitors in South London. You can find him on Linkedin and on Bluesky. (No longer on Twitter). Known as NL round these parts.

I thought your site had, how shall we put it, gone dormi, fallen into formaldehye, overdosed on Zimovanes, because nothing seemed to change – and then I realised you are keeping “The Job Ad” at the top for, how shall we put it, self-promoting, materialistic, occupational-Viagra reasons.

    Doh!

Good luck anyway. Don’t accept less than 100K.

Heh. I had even added a note to the post to say ‘look below’. But you are right, it doesn’t work with the blog, leaving my desperate plea for attention sat at the top. So I’ll unfix it from Friday, letting it float free and ready to vanish into the archive pages.

Anyway, you thought less two days without apparent update was moribund? You don’t ask for much…
