Thanks to the US Above the Law for the light relief, a Miami law student gets his comeuppance on some US Court show. This does faintly remind me of a local District Judge in attitude, if not in anything else at all.

    This is the sort of treatment I wish daily upon my BVC cohort, because, in all frankness they could do with such a slap!! ( too bad we aren’t in Florida and that our tutor for civil dispute resolution is an extraordinarily patient and reasonable man!!!)
