Housing Solicitor/Authorised Litigator and Legal Aid Supervisor
Full time 37 hours per week
Salary £35,000 – £42,000 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Solicitor/Authorised Litigator and experienced Legal Aid Supervisor to join our small but dedicated Housing Casework Team.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering a quality advice service to vulnerable clients, and has the ability to lead, manage and develop their team, whilst also playing a key role in developing the future service.
- The successful candidate must be a qualified solicitor or authorised litigator with preferably 2 years’ recent experience of working successfully under contract for housing advice with the Legal Aid Agency.
- You will also be able to meet the Legal Aid Agency supervisor requirements for housing law, or be able to attain this standard within 6 months of starting with us.

Housing Caseworker
Full time 37 hours per week or Part Time 0.5 FTE
Salary £27,711 – £29,572 per annum (pro rata for part time)
The post will provide a range of housing casework. The post holders will need to travel to court venues and outreach locations throughout Herefordshire and provide cover for the same in Worcestershire. This post is currently funded by the Legal Aid Agency and National Lottery Community Fund.

Osbornes Law is recruiting for a full-time solicitor with experience in public law and community care to join their expanding and award-winning Public Law and Social Care team. Experience in housing law would also be desirable, but not essential.
The role will provide an exciting opportunity for the successful solicitor to handle a diverse caseload.
Applications from solicitors of 1-year PQE and above will be considered.
The successful candidate will be given responsibility over their caseload from the outset and are expected to have good knowledge of the law, current policies and legal aid. The successful candidate will also be supported by a close team of colleagues within an open plan office.
