The UT(LC) is consulting on a new Practice Direction for appeals and cases in the UT. The draft appears to have gone online on 20 January 2020 and the deadline is 31 January 2020. You can find it here.
If you have a few moments then it’s very much worth your while reading it. The UT is painfully aware that a lot of appeals are by litigants in person and has made a real effort to make the PD accessible to non-lawyers. So far my only useful contribution is that the numbering has gone wrong in Part 10.
