After much swearing, faffing and fiddling with the placement of semi colons in the underlying code of the site, the new look blog is here.
It is hopefully cleaner and easier to read, while keeping all of the functions of the old site. It should also make it easier for me to adapt and add to in the future. Many of the bits that were in the sidebars are now in the footer at the bottom of each page, so if you are missing something, look there.
Of course, if you really hate the new version, you are welcome to let me know. I won’t necessarily do anything about it, though there are bound to be tinkerings and more minor changes in the next week or two.
(The problem with the list of Bailii’s recent decisions is not my fault, by the way. Bailii has got a problem with its feed.)
[Update 26 Nov. So that is the links page fixed, RSS feeds and email updates fixed and the comment forms adjusted. Also sidebar added to single post pages… Anything else going wrong?]
