Social Welfare Paralegal

Burke Niazi Solicitors are looking to recruit a social welfare paralegal to work in their Housing, Court of Protection and Community Care departments.  We are a highly regarded multi-service Legal Aid practice, have around 40 employees and are listed in the Legal 500.

The position could possibly lead to a training contract in the future or could count towards qualifying work experience for a paralegal who is completing the SQE.  Applicants should have an interest in Social Welfare law issues and demonstrate this in their application.  Experience of working as a paralegal in Court of Protection, Housing and/or Community Care is preferable though not essential as full training will be provided.  This is an office-based role – our offices are located in Holloway Road, North London.

The position would suit applicants looking for personal and career growth opportunities, allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.
