Job Ad – Brighton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a housing solicitor to lead our dynamic new legal aid practice based in Brighton starting in September 2018.  You will have SQM Supervisor status in housing. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of public law and have experience in homelessness and housing possession matters.

We require a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and written skills. You will be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload, and work well under pressure. Patience and tact is necessary as you will be assisting vulnerable people whose welfare is our priority.

A sound knowledge of legal aid funding relating to social housing law is required.

Salary is negotiable.
