Working as a Team Leader you will manage and supervise our Housing Law Caseworkers in the Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend region, as well as providing specialist housing advice region-wide but with a particular focus on Neath Port Talbot.

Vacancy for Housing Solicitor/Team Leader
Lambeth Law Centre are looking for an experienced housing solicitor to join our dynamic team to provide high quality legal advice and representation to the people of Lambeth. Our housing casework is largely LAA funded work. We currently run the Lambeth County Court Housing Possession Duty Scheme. Our team is well respected across the advice sector and amongst housing activists across the borough.
We are looking for a bright dedicated housing solicitor with at least 4 years PQE experience who is committed to working within a team and wants to get involved in a range of exciting work. We are also looking for someone with the experience or potential to lead our housing team in conjunction with our Senior Solicitor.
Salary between £32,480 to £37,548 depending on qualification, experience and ability to lead the team.
You will need to have not less than 4 years experience of managing a caseload of mainly publicly funded work, including legal help and legal aid certificated work, and some advocacy experience.
