Network Homes are recruiting into their newly created in-house Legal Services team, with two positions for Solicitors which will be key in developing the service. One is for a Solicitor with a strong background in Housing, and Landlord and Tenant Law, whilst the other will focus on Leasehold, Conveyancing and Development.

The successful candidate will be adept at preparing policies and procedures, and will effectively advise the business, providing an effective service that meets customer needs and business objectives.
Applicants will have been admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales, and will demonstrate a strong understanding of law relevant to the housing sector.
