HOUSING SOLICITOR (York)
37 hours per week. Salary: £31,000
Providing a specialist legal casework service in Housing Law, including litigation and consultancy work. Carrying your own caseload mainly consisting of certificated cases, you will also be working with the LSC caseworkers, covering legal help cases and some county court duty schemes.
If you are a solicitor or barrister able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience of housing litigation and experience of handling a wide range of housing cases, we would welcome your application.
