		<description>Hooray for the return of the naughty step.  I saw a small child today wearing a t-shirt that said "Who needs the naughty step".  I think you should look into getting some promotional t-shirts with the slogan "I've been on the nearly legal naughty step" and send them to the appropriate solicitors, local authorities, etc.  At the very least you should get some badges made up.</description>
