		<description>Yes, I just finished reading this myself. I think I&#039;ll have to re-read it tomorrow morning! My initial reaction though is a purely practical one in that I imagine that any similar case will now need to be stayed pending the decision of the ECJ. Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get a decision out of the ECJ?</description>
