This is an AST possession claim, not an assured tenancy, so how does Weaver apply?

Indeed. My question would be the same. Hearing is next week. I gathered information on Weaver (case ref., judges who heard this case-Lord Justice Richards and Mrs Justice Swift, hearing was held on 28th and 29th Feb08 etc). Sent letter to the otherside requesting an adjournment on citing Weaver.
If the Housing Assn refuse my request, is there a Rule or Statute or judgment I could rely on at the hearing before a DJ to adjourn the claim.
Many thanks

I am representing my client (gr.8) against the Housing Assn., (Assured Shotrhold Tenancy). Hearing is next week. Could I have the High Court case reference please or solicitors on record in this case.
Would like to send a letter to the HA to adjourn their claim until an outcome in Susan Weaver (ground 8, HB issues, HA is my client's landlord).
Many thanks

Susan Weaver v Londo Quadrant

Could I have the High Court case reference please or solicitors on record in this case.<br
