		<description>You will have to excuse me for not being legally minded.  The thing is I am due to attend tribunal against my daughters school for discrimination.  The DDA quoted clark v novacold ltd.  The solicitor representing the school is now looking to get the tribunal stopped and I was wondering if you had any ideas about how this new ruling could affect my case.</description>
