I suppose I had better take being readable despite doing housing law as a compliment. I am slightly puzzled about the perceived dullness of housing - after all, we have some complex case law, occasionally messy statute, frequent litigation and (on the tenant side) the justification of it being really important for the client. What&#039;s not to like?
