I am slightly puzzled about the perceived dullness of housing - after all, we have some complex case law, occasionally messy statute, frequent litigation and (on the tenant side) the justification of it being really important for the client. What's not to like? (Although having said that, applying to stay eviction based on rent arrears can get a bit tedious.) Thanks John and Simon.
